Shiproom Kit
Free
The Agent OS Kit is now the Shiproom Kit. Same files, same system, new home.
The orchestrator, the agents, the commands, the rules, and the scaffold. Complete on its own, and the base everything else builds on.
The Shiproom Kit, free for Claude Code
State a goal. An orchestrator plans it, routes each piece to a specialist agent, and a fresh-context verifier reads the result before it is called done. Plain Markdown files. Nothing to build, nothing to run.
This is not a demo system. The launch you are looking at, the site, the kit, and the emails that deliver it, was planned, routed, and verified by the same files you are about to download. Dogfooded from day one.
You have felt it. Somewhere past the hundredth message, the thread starts to unravel. Earlier decisions get dropped. The same ground gets re-covered. Work goes out that nobody read twice, and you end up holding all the coordination in your own head.
The fix is not a longer chat. It is a team. One agent owns one job. The plan lives in a file instead of your memory. And a separate verifier, with fresh context and no attachment to the draft, reads the result before it goes anywhere. That is what the kit installs.
01
Goal. You state what you want and what done looks like.
02
Plan. The orchestrator reads your context and writes the plan to a file.
03
Route. Each piece goes to a specialist agent, or to a cheap runner for mechanical work.
04
Verify. A fresh-context verifier checks the result before it is called done.
An orchestrator. Reads your goal and context, writes the plan, and routes each piece to the right agent.
Specialist agents. Each owns one domain, plus a cheap runner that takes the mechanical work at lower cost.
Commands. /critique and /council stress-test a decision from several angles in one pass. And /handoff plus /resume carry project memory across chats, so a new chat picks up where the last one stopped.
Rules and scaffold. The rules that keep the team routing and verifying, plus the working folders you copy into each project.
The commands
/critique puts one artifact in front of one adversarial reader and asks it to find what is wrong, with citations, before anything ships.
/council is the fastest way to feel the whole system: paste a decision you are stuck on and five advisors with distinct lenses debate it, then a chairman gives the call and names where they clashed hardest.
Here is what that looks like when the stakes are real. This line is quoted verbatim from the worked example that ships with Business OS, where the same five-advisor council pattern graded a real business plan:
“DIVERGENCE reported: contrarian scored 3 (honesty is not evidence), three advisors scored 6 (the 90-day test design is itself credible).”
Disagreement gets reported, not averaged away. That is the point.
The flagship pack

Business OS puts a review panel between your idea and your money. You describe the business in plain words. The system writes the brief, drafts the plan, and then five advisors score it 1 to 10 on six things:
Every score has to cite the plan’s own words.
A passing grade means the panel could not find a weakness left un-named. It does not mean your business is guaranteed to work.
Proof, not promise
We ran the maker’s own business through it first. The panel graded the plan C (6.4) on the first pass, the owner chose to pivot, and the ops team stayed locked. The system said no to the person who built it. That full run ships in the pack, unedited.

$59 launch price. List price $79.
The flagship pack. A CEO loop that briefs, plans, and grades your business against a public rubric before any money or work moves. The grade is a stress-test, not a success prediction.
Tier 3
By application
Done with you. We set the system up around your project and your workflow, together. To apply, reply to any of our emails with what you are building. A human reads every application. Not on the list yet? The free kit puts you on it.
Curious what this brand actually runs on, from the build stack to the ops tools behind the emails?
